Savour is a place to exhale...and indulge.
Our goal is similar to CRUSH, an evening of warm and fulfilling engagement, the excitement of
fantastic, locally sourced foods, superior, hand crafted cocktails and wines with a life of their own.

We wanted to expand on the food and experience of CRUSH, which was only possible in a more formal environment.
With an intimate setting of twenty-eight seats, Savour offers
a seasonal, multi-course, prix fixe menu that changes frequently. Our menu, being centered around modern American styling, will feature locally sourced ingredients, as well as unique imports.
As usual, the additional surprises that you've come to expect will be intertwined throughout the evening.
With our sommeliers driving a unique wine list, our choices are always carefully crafted - with some familiar bottles and exciting selections from another continent, your selections will always be unique.
Our custom cocktail catalog will deliver time tested classics, a blend of old and new, and a few things, well...off the wall.
